Firepro B400 Spiralite is a comprehensive fire protection system for structural steel which uses a unique spiral screw fixing system method to give fast, clean and cost effective installation for up to 2 hours fire protection. Duct Wrap Insulation is composed of a flexible and resilient glass fibre blanket bonded together with thermosetting resin which is laminated to fire retardant aluminium foil scrim kraft (FSK) facing.

Duct Wrap-25 is a 25mm thick flexible blanket fully encapsulated in an aluminium foil with a nominal density 96 kg/m3. It is a thinner version of the well known and widely used Duct Wrap-38. Duct Wrap-25 is used as passive fire protection for circular HVAC ducts, smoke extraction ducts and penetration seals for ducts up to 300mm diameter. It is particularly useful in situations where space may be limited. Duct Wrap-25 has been tested in New Zealand in both vertical and horizontal orientations for internal fire to AS1530.4 2014 (Section 9) and is fully compliant with NZBC.

Duct Wrap-38 is a 38mm thick flexible blanket fully encapsulated in an aluminium foil with a nominal density 96 kg/m3. It is used as passive fire protection for rectangular or circular HVAC ducts, smoke extraction ducts and penetration seals to stop fire or toxic smoke breakthroughs.
